No not really, He's already matched up against some of those you listed but not made an impression. It does tends to hinge on circumstance and whether the Brick is ready/expecting the hit. All his beams are is a concussive force, most often they actually deflect off an invulnerable opponent if the angle is not dead centre.

A more ruthless and focused use of the beams potency however saw him effortlessly drill a small hole right thru The Blobs shoulder in X-Factor so some of this comes down to how he chooses to use the beam.

albeit he hit him from behind and Colossus was mind-controlled (during the Asgardian arc).

I freely admit to there being vast gaps in my X-Men knowledge so it's quite proboble there are at least one or two instances where he does KO a Brick or two, He's been able to floor Wolverine before now and has scrapped many a Sentinel but the power of his beams has waxed and waned a lot over his lifespan. I think as well he does hold back to a degree as it used to be the case if he focused his beams tighter the impact was magnified - I think it's Uncanny 124 where he considers how to stop Collosus and is reluctant to use a full power tightened beam as it would almost certainly injure Collosus.
There is a solid argument he has to be careful how he uses his power as otherwise a focused beam could punch right through his opponents.

The problem is that Cyke's optic blasts have never made any sense so writers have used them differently. They are most commonly shown to be some type of concussive blast rather than a laser or torch. However, we also see them bounce off of objects and become focused like a laser, which makes no sense given the last statement. Clearly, the ability to make his blasts more potent (like a drill) by focusing the beam has never been a consisent ability of his. Has there ever really been a clear explanation of what his power is?

Well I'm not up to date on X-Men continuity, I doubt anyone is, but to my knowledge his power has been pretty consistent overall if perhaps diluted a bit in recent years. All they are is a concussive beam at the end of the day and contolled by the width/lens of his visor, I don't know whether his ability to fire them minus the Visor affected their strength.

It's like Iron Mans repulsors really, over the years their potency has been diminished. They are his primary weapon yet not only fail to get any more powerful as time passes but become seemingly weaker, maybe the fault is in the opposition getting that much more powerful but a weapon like Cyclops' optic beams are only as good as its user, he used to have exceptional mathematical ability and could instantly calculate the most sophisticated angles to maximise his beans effectiveness on a target. I don't know if that's been a feature in modern times but I do think it's not so much the beam that is weak perhaps but that he is not using it to its full potency.
But overall I think he's been represented evenly, like his brother he has an inherently lethal power and it's just a fact he rarely uses them in a more lethal fashion as he is reluctant to go that high usually.

If i recall, there's the Wrecker...... and there's a Jobber.

Isaac Javitz

This 10 foot meathead's career was short, and it culminated in a beatdown by Colossus and Scott. But, at least he looked tougher and stronger than the Wrecker while doing it.

Thing- Let's see....since he knows how Colossus and Juggernaut operates, then his tactics is gonna be easier. If he could crack Onslaught's armor, then a pile of rocks can be obliterated.

Wonderman and Namor- The speed that they can close in is murder but, they can be at the mercy of Scott as well. If he ever decides to use his kill everything "Get off my lawn" blast, then there's no defense but to pray that they're durable enough.
