Subj: Galactus vs. the Anti-Monitor and the top 10 most powerful characters at Marvel and DC.
Posted: Thu Feb 03, 2011 at 08:23:52 pm EST (Viewed 12 times)

STRONGMAN: I think the Anti-Monitor would win, but it makes me wonder if Galactus can feed off anti-matter? Has Galactus ever been to the Negative Zone?

Top ten most powerful characters at Marvel? (Not in order.)

DC (Not in order necessarily, just as I think of them)

1)Earth-1 pre-Crisis Superman
2)Earth-2 Superman
3)Composite Superman
6)Captain Marvel
7)Captain Marvel Junior
8)Captain Thunder (anybody remember him?)
10)Superboy Prime

Faux reactions until the real responses come in:

DONALD DOUGLAS: "I felt that Marvel's list conspicuously lacked certain cosmic characters, like Galactus, Galaxy Master, Silver Surfer, Terrax, Firelord, and those types."

DEBRA DOUGLAS: "I felt the Champion was a bold choice, and he initially was more powerful than Galactus yet was a strongman type."

STEWART MAJORS:"DC's list should've had Mr. Mxyzptlk on it."

MELISSA REAGAN: "Mxyzptlk is a cartoon character, all smoke and mirrors. I see his powers as more mental illusion type magic than literal raging power. Mxyzptlk is annoying. Spectre would crucify him for his antics."

ERIC TAYLOR: "Hmm, I must admit I thought of Dr. Strange, Loki, Mxyzptlk, Dr. Fate, and Dr. Occult too."

NATALIE PORTER: "Dr. Occult? Anyway, I was glad to see Hulk,Thor,Superman, and Magneto make the list. Spectre too."

ERROL WHITNEY: "Some of my favorites weren't on the DC list, like Power Girl,Supergirl, Mary Marvel, Ultra Boy..."

FELICIA STEWART: "Was the list supposed to be the most IMPORTANT powerful characters in both companies? I'm totally lost here."

VICTOR STROUD: "Captain Marvel Junior was a bold choice. Loved those Mac Raboy WWII covers, and Junior's battles with Captain Nazi. Cap Jr. can be vicious."

RACHEL STROUD:"Well, this was an interesting way to pass the time."
