if ice god can bfr him in a mountain of ice, of if Reed has access to Tech, the heroes can win. Without it Ultron wears them down.

Team Good guys has the teamwork advantage. Because of this it should give them a Major advantage and at least make them able to pick the match-ups.

Ultron vs Icegod - Boobys main job is to keep Ultron on Ice as such which as Icegod he has the perfect powerset since hes an uber omega in this form.
Executioner vs Thor - Always a great battle but Thor edges him.
Crimson Dynamo vs Iron Man - Iron Man has his number after a while.
Absorbing Man vs Professor X and Invisible Woman - With Invisible Woman keeping them Invisible and Creel at bay without anything to absorb, Charles can put him to sleep.
Wrecker vs Captain America, Thing and Wolverine. The trio is too much for the wrecker.
Enchantress vs Human Torch & Cyclops. These guys are gonna keep her busy. I say she upsets here and takes the win.
MODOK vs Mr Fantastic - Toss up here. Reed should be able to whip up something here.

Numbers game should win for the heros

They are superior in almost all categories. The only problem could be the Living Tin Can but either Thor or Reed with the help of Susan can bring him down.

Susan can simply put her force field inside Ultron's body and freeze his circuits (Reed will tell her to go for that tactics).

It is even possible that Johnny with his flame could also fry the interior of Ultron (but this is less believable)

Ultron when done right will be a real tough foe, need to have high end magic or reality distorting power!

the team does have multiple ways of dealing with him....but they are weird tactics and involve more than just smashing your opponent.

How could he stop her hex power if he knew about it?

Thor used the god-force to instantly deplete MOST of Galactus cosmic powers. Furthermore, Thor absorbed in mere seconds the energy of a Null Bomb through its casing- the same he could do through Ultron's Adamantiun hide- for his powers are Magic based. Now, if Thor were to strike Ultron the manner in which he hit the Celestial Arishen where he teared chunk and pieces of of his armor- that would be the end of Ultron- for a hammer imbued with the Odin Force should have the power to cause damage to Adamantiun; or isn't said that Celestial Armor is far more durable and tougher than Adamantiun?

Conclusion: If Thor were to hit Ultron at superspeed with his hammer (light speed, for instance) it would be an easy anti clamatic thing to execute for the writers. If a bowling ball collides against the Earth at light speed it would LITERALLY destroy the Planet. A hammer power up by the Odin Force and with that speed as momentum should be able to easily destroy Ultron. However, I sincerely do not believe that Thor needs that much speed to obliterate Ultron...

That is why he built in a molecular disrupter to keep from being altered!

Sue's forcefield is not hex power but simply a forcefield (shown dozens of times in the comics).

If she uses it inside his armour, he has no chance - and Reed will be easily clever enough to tell her so (if she does not recognize it herself in the first place)
