Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl Girl, Violet and Dash vs Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben. Leave out Franklin & Jack Jack. Lets assume Bob Parr is at thing level strength. Also assume Violet and Dash are at least teenagers.

Fantastic Four win. Reed is much smarter than anyone on the Incredibles. And they have much more experience dealing with much bigger threats. The only threat to them would be Dash, because they don't have a speedster. But assuming they find a way to trip him up, catch him with a glancing blow, hold him in stasis with a shield, etc, they would win.
