Heres how I see each battle going down.

Avengers vs JLA
In prep Tony will whip up some nanites with Visions help to slow down flash and maybe dehydrate Aquaman. I dont think he could whip up some Kryptonite in that timeframe. Due to the prep and knowledge they should be able to get there ways with the match-ups. Thor will be sent after Supes dues to his magic weakness. This will go a while but at least he will keep him busy. Scarlet Witch and Vision are sent after Green Lantern. Wanda maybe can disrupt his ring constructs with her powers or Vision phase through him while hes occupied to take him out. Herc will keep Wonder Woman busy being told not to go easy on her as she is a powerful goddess and not a mere woman. Cappy will take down Flash hard and fast due to the nanites. Hulk will take out a weakened Aquaman early and then will be sent at Martian Manhunter due to his rage and power making it hard for him to use his TP. Iron Man should be able to put down Batman...but somehow is having trouble.

After this the numbers game comes in strong. Hulk goes in to help Thor with Superman. Cappy helps Iron Man finally put down Batman. Vision and Wanda help Herc with Wonder Woman.

X-Men vs JLA
In prep they will analyse there foes and find what match-ups suit them. There isn't to much Telepathy in the DC Universe and this is what the X-Men excel at. With Omega Jean and Professor X they have enough TP to take down anyone on the other team. Juggernaut can go toe to toe with any of the Heavy hitters to keep them busy. Magnetos powers will cause Havok on there team. Look what Dr Polaris did to them and hes no Magneto. He will be tasked with taking out Martian Manhunter straight away. Iceman is perfect at Omega levels to stall nearly there whole team. Aquaman is gonna get frozen solid. Flash would be a problem if it wasnt for the TP power. The mind is faster then thought. Classic Rogue can absorb there powers....but will take Flashes powers once hes shut down. Cyclops blasts Batman for fun. Colossus can help out where needed.

Fantastic Four vs JLA
This one may be the easiest one yet. With Reed and prep and knowledge its game over for the JLA. He commands Surfer to use Radiation to take down Superman off the Bat. Blackbolt can scream at there whole team while Reed prepares his team with devices to save his team from the scream. Or make a device to pop them into another Universe while this is happening.

Reed Richards, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Thing, Silver Surfer, Spider-Man, Blackbolt. Flash is gonna be put in a bubble by Sue.
