Foggy said that Matt was breaking his oath of office in his current efforts to allow superheroes to testify anonymously in court. Here is the text of that oath, according to page 19 of https://www.nysba.org/WorkArea/DownloadAsset.aspx?id=51103 is
"I do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the New York Constitution, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of attorney and counselor at law of the Supreme Court of the state of New York according to the best of my ability."
You might ask, what about Matt's oath of office as an Assistant District Attorney? According to https://www.dos.ny.gov/forms/corporations/1750-f.pdf the oath is basically the same, but for the ADA position.
Besides that, I am liking the current storyline.
