The LCS popped the Marvel Spotlight in my bag, I was very very unhappy for a few moments until I realized what I was looking at. It's a very cartoony looking book and I THOUGHT it was a preview of MTiO. Fortunately, not so much. In the previews Ben brings some left overs from Reed's lab (umm.. because people just ignore and toss aside things made by the world's most advanced technologival genius) to Lunella to sort through. I admit I never read the book, I assume she's another child prodigy?

There's a few jokes, and she does tell Johnny that his new uniform makes him look like a mascot for a Taco stand, and as it ends she advises that she's been searching with a listening device for what may well be Reed and the others.

The rest of the dialog I really didn't enjoy, it's Ben talking about how old time and out of date he and Johnny are. Having that kind of exchange is like a real easte agent determined to sell you a home and only pointing out flaws it has, maybe flaws you would be unaware of, without focusing at all on any of the positives. It just seems trite and counter intuitive.

As far as Johnny, I'm all for incorporating his The End uniform from Alan Davis, my all time favorite non-4 outfit. For regular team costumes I was always fond of his red uniform.

For the actual Chueng MTIO there was only one of the covers shown.

I don't get a lot of Marvel anymore, I was pretty surprised by the art styles for the majority of the previews they were showing. Not up to par with DC's average. Captain America was very simple line drawings (mostly outlines) with only the coloring to show any dimension at all (or is it Captain Hydra now? Or is that finally over with? I'm always afraid to look. Off topic? Good, I'll check Cap out in another 10 years maybe \:\) )
