If the Flash is racing with someone in his arms, wouldn't the speed of how fast he is running rip that other person apart or no? I saw a recent cover of the Flash running up the side of a building really fast, and he was holding a woman in his arms. Or is it possible for him to run faster than a normal human but not SO fast that the woman he was carrying would not die from the amount of speed?

Definitely, the Flash's speed aura would protest whomever he's carrying - in the same way it protects him and his clothes from the friction of superspeed.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's been stated explicitly at some point that his aura extends to protect people and objects that he carries.
