Yes Barry Allen is back but so is Professor Zoom. Do we have two Reverse Flash now? As far as I know Hunter Zolomon is still around?

He is, but he was depowered by Inertia when Zoom took INertia under his wing during Final Crisis. Both Thawne and Zoloman were shown in Iron Heights at the end of Flash: Rebirth. Abra Kadabra was making Reverse Flash marionettes, like his Flash ones, and had two, so we may see both Reverse Flashes in the future.
