Since the new FLASH book stars Barry Allen, it's only fair that Wally should be featured in the JLA book. He's always been one of my favourite DC characters when I first started reading comics, and I think he would be a valued addition to the team, not only because of his friendship with Dick and Donna, but he has a lot of experience as a member of the League.
