Yes they have now added Season 1 of FLASH and Season 3 of Arrow, both on the respective launch dates of the new seasons on TV.

I dunno, perhaps people have time during the day before the premier to do some last minute rewatching to get up to speed as it were, but wouldn't adding the previous seasons, say....a week or two before the new season hits TV be a bit better?

Just thinking aloud, long live NETFLIX the company that helped destroy Blockbuster Video!

Netflix usually puts out a season just after that season hits DVD. So if they just got the rights to Flash and Arrow they waited until this seasons DVDs shipped.

It's rare for Netflix to put out a season before the show comes out on DVD. Some exceptions I can think of are King of the Hill (which is just now finishing up their DVD run after they discontinued putting out DVD releases for years) and Agents of SHIELD which is an Amazon Exclusive that you can only buy from Amazon or Louie which just doesn't make DVDs for that show any more unless you get the inferior manufactured on demand discs from Amazon.

MmmHmmm. And I am enjoying Arrow once again. Almost done with the first season.

Did you know Oliver didn't use the voice modulator to disguise his voice until about the 4th episode? Prior to that, he used his normal voice. I'm glad the writers pounced on the need for something to change Arrow's voice so that it's not so easy to determine who he is. \:\)

Indeed it would. But it's probably part of the deal Netflix made with the WB. Notice also that you can't buy any new seasons of most shows until nearly a year has gone by. Meh.

I miss Blockbuster Video. \:\(

It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?

Ever work for Blockbuster? I've got friends and relatives that did, and none of them have kind stories at all.

Last I checked Blockbuster is still an on Demand channel on DISH and I think a couple of franchise stores may exist in Alaska.

Good riddance and long live NETFLIX
