Ok episode. We all knew Barry was going to talk Cicada out of his meta-abilities. I also told my wife 5 minutes before the scene that Barry was going to use Gracie as the basis for Cicada to give up his powers.
But what a surprise, we lose one Cicada and gain another!

The Gracie that appears at Star Labs is much older than the one in the hospital. I'm guess she is a future Cicada who does not want to lose her powers so she came back in time Terminator- style to prevent the loss of her powers. Her meta knife gives her the ability to time travel? I did not see indications of any other way for her to travel back to the past.

Iris is really going to miss Nora when she is gone . . . \:\-\( What a beautiful mother- future daughter moment that was. lol Maybe Iris won't be so anti-meta with Nora in 15 years and lets her keep her powers as a youngster (instead of dampening them).

I thought it was obvious that RF was manipulating the time stream device he and Nora were watching the future newspapers from. Gotta watch Thawne. He's pretty clever. I KNOW he feels his freedom about to return. Nora will believe she has screwed everything up so bad that Thawne will convince her that the only solution is to set him free and let him reset the timeline.

I'm going to miss Sherloque when he is gone . . .
