I will point out one thing: they say Barry Allen will die.....BUT, we've had John Wesley Shipp appear has HIS version of Barry from the 90's series.

So I think it is a case of WHICH Barry dies?

Probably the Gustin version.

But they'll pull some ridiculous stunt to negate it. It'll be a 'time remnant' that dies. Or some such nonsense.

Probably not. She'll just be part of a merged CW Earth.

Barry has the speed farce to bring him back. Or another him back. Or SOME him back. So they may decide he can be bumped off without actually bumping him off.

REALLY looking forward to the Welling and Routh Supermen getting erased from that reality though. Hope Berlanti doesn't pull one of his cop-out's on that.

I do not think Tom agreed to show up now just to get erased out, as think end result will be the end of Multiverse, all earth will be merged into earth prime...

If the alternate worlds aren't going to be wiped out, that kinda defeats the whole point of the Crisis.

Yes, a few Earths will merge, just like the five that merged in the comics, but the end result will be that only one Superman, Batman etc will ever have existed.

So you'd still have the Jay Garrick Flash, but operating in the 1940's on the single Earth. And while some of the Smallville continuity might survive, it happened to the Tyler Hoechlin Superman, not the Tom Welling one.




'Smiler' Welling has had his day in the sun. By the time the Crisis is over, he'll be 43 years old. which is about ten years too old. Best to just polish him off.

And the 'Kingdom' Superman? No thanks. We don't need another dour, angsty, ultra-serious, never had a day's bloody fun in his entire life Superman so soon after the Cavill disaster.

We need a Superman who's inspirational. Who winks, and smiles, and saves kittens from trees. Hoechlin's done a good job of bringing that Superman to life, and long may it continue.

I can't see it happening unless they decide that Superman will stay on Argo and have no further appearances in the Arrowverse, but I'd LOVE that to happen.

I think so. They'll probably use some unused footage from his films.

Tom and Brandon Superman would be more mature and powerful, more akin to the real Superman, as its he and not Kara that is earths most powerful and gretaest hero!

He should be the last Superman left standinmg, as he should be the PC Superman returning!

Not in this show. Kara's handed him his ears on at least one occasion. He's only second best in this world.

Tom Welling? I'll pass. Sorry, but he's just not a good actor. He never came close to giving Clark Kent any personality, and he's boring as hell to watch, whether it's Smallville, Lucifer, The Fog, whatever he's in. He comes on the screen - it's time to go and make a coffee.

Routh is better, but doesn't quite have the gravitas for Superman.
