Subj: I think I see one of the big problems with the show,

and it is something I haven't seen since the original V TV series.
With V there was the first mini series then the sequel.
Then came the TV series which started well enough then started to suffer from an old trope "too many captains, not enough soldiers"
Eventually some were killed or written off as joining other resistance cells but by then it was too late.
Now on Arrow we seem to be in that same trope.
Felicity and Curtis are two tech wizards
Diggle and Wild Dog are two soldiers both of whom can get pretty brutal and both are also fathers.
Oliver and Dinah: two characters with assorted combat skills and training with red in their ledger as the saying goes.
Now Team Arrow is split in two, Curtis seems to be leading his team but it seems to also be a shared command with the other two. Oliver is still in charge of Team Arrow and running around as GA despite the Feds after him. Tension and distrust are rampant among them and that will spell trouble for both teams.
So now comes the question: who stays and who goes, and does going mean dying? I really cannot see Dinah/Wild Dog/Curtis sustaining their own show.
I'd like to see this happen: Team Arrow gets reduced to Oliver, Diggle, Felicity and Dinah. Curtis suits up now and again but he devotes his time to running the company he and Felcity are starting. Wild Dog is the one that flipped for the sake of his kid and outed Oliver to the Feds.
I foresee that once James is dealt with, that James, Felicity and Curtis will scour cyberspace and purge and destroy all evidence the Feds and Media may have that Oliver is GA. Also that they will create a new name and life for Wild Dog and his kid and they will leave town and not return.
Thea will still work at City Hall but may from time to time suit up to lend a hand or else she will go be with Roy.
William will stay in school but also take some training from Oliver. GA Jr.?
