Over the past month, I have listenes to the following old radio shoes on the round trip to work:
Ellery Queen - a weekly detective mystery which invites the listener to determine the identity of the perpetrator from the clues presented during the show.
Flash Gordon - King Features comic strip hero in 15 minute serial chapters closely based on the original comic strip story.
Frank Sinatra - "Ol' Blue Eyes" - famous singer - appeared in movies TV, radio - terrific voice .
Hopalong Cassidy - western star of prose, movies, comic books, radio and TV - with comedic sidekick, California, Hoppy righted wrongs in the old West. One of the few western characters that wore black and rode a white horse. (By the way, my wife, Rose, bought me the entire TV show collection of Hopalong Cassidy for my birthday last year.)
Nostalgic , pleasant listening makes the long commute tolerable.
