Subj: The Black Terror #13 begs three questions...
Posted: Sun Dec 03, 2017 at 05:01:12 pm CST (Viewed 150 times)

> Coverless, but otherwise complete copy of a SCARCE issue of The Black Terror. My research says this is issue #13, perhaps January 1946. First story is The Black Terror, no title but starts ," Bob Benton, Meek-looking young druggist", followed by another Black Terror story that starts, "When black market operators can ordain life or death". Centerfold is present but loose of staple and inside left page starts another Black Terror start that begins with "The Black Terror faces the most dangerous assignment," followed by The Crime Crushers and then a Cheepie short.

That was the descript for "The Black Terror #13" comic on sale at eBay that came with the 2 attachments. My questions:

1 Was The Black Terror ever re-introduced into the Marvel Universe? How did his staying power compare to Two-Gun, Rawhide and company?

2 Was Volto a real (popular) comic title character?

3 And most curiously, Oh Snap!, DID HOSTESS FRUIT PIES yoink the GRAPE NUTS FLAKES layout ad concept for the back of all those Marvel comics back in the day??!!
