So I have a connection towards the Wikipedia list of supporting cast members and enemies to the Hulk and I would like to see if you guys can guess who is coming in issue #3, because I sure can't.

My guess is Thunderbolt Ross. The end of WWH #2 is the first time we've seen him in years.

Man how could I have been so blinded, the answer was totally given to us within Incredible Hulk #100. >:-D


Listen let me start by saying that we all have been stating the[I] obvious answers [/I]given the Hulk's history.

However this is an event where the [B]Unexpected could happen[/B], I mean who could have expect General Ross to show up at the end of issue #2. >:-D

What I think is that Betty might get mentioned within the Ross/Hulk Battle of issue #3, but we truly don't know her status Post Peter David's [I]Temptus Fugit[/I] story arc or she will only appear within some flashbacks.

The Answer is really simple when you look at the plot points....

1. Dr. Strange's guilt of Exiling the Hulk, once again after doing so the first time in issue #300 of the previous series.

2. SHIELD's involvment with the exile of the Hulk and this time it is due to Tony Stark's direction of it instead of Fury like it was when the Hulk was first exiled in #300 of it previous series.

3. Gabe Jones appearance within the World War Hulk, while he also appeared in the current Heroes for Hire series, the last time he appeared was in issue #107 of the Hulk main series.

Anyhow notice how I mention #300, the first exile of the Hulk, from the previous series. How the mindless Hulk cut through New York's heroes while Dr. Strange finds a place to exile the Hulk.

All I'm asking everyone to do is to remember the back-up story of issue #100 of the Current Hulk series and remember this person...

I think that the way Pak mention her in issue #100 wasn't a coincidence of a reminder of a former Hulk character. I think that she might just get involve with this war given her position in SHIELD, and besides it feels like World War Hulk is an extended version of #300 of the previous Hulk series. The same issue Waynesboro left the series. Although I could be wrong and it could be any other of Bruce former Flames, because almost most of his sidekicks are dead.

All I'm asking is to check this site out also because it us more hints as to who is coming back. >:-D

Almost certainly has to be Betty.... you know... the REAL Betty, not the false faced Mr. Blue from Bruce Jones' run.

Perhaps Dr. Strange confronts Nightmare and gets her back to the normal real of existence.
