Subj: Does anyone read God is Dead series?

It's up to 43 already?! Wow. Kudos. Is anyone reading God Is Dead? Is it any good? This title has slipped past my radar but considering how frustrating Mr.Hickman's reshaping the MU has been, feels like forever now, there was no urgency to seek out his non-Marvel work. Still, maybe a universe with NO preconceived fan demands would work better for that reason - as with many Indie titles by other big name writers. When and why did the writing chores get handed over to Mr.Costa? Has this title been true to the series pitch since #1. Opinions would be good to know before deciding to give it a try or not. This preview pages and solicit are somewhat interesting...

God is Dead #43
The epic return of the gods has come and what happens in the wake of divine re-entry in the lives of mortals is unforgettable! At first it was a trickle as some divine outliers found their way to Earth, but now the floodgates are open and the world is once again tossed about like a ship on the ocean. The last time the gods brought about the destruction of everything...will history repeat itself?
