Tony during... Avengers Vs X-Men #7 Huh, Mr. Peacekeeper made Cape-'KILLERS' during Civil War and here it's (off panel) revealed that his AvX armor is called a Phoenix-'KILLER'. All issue you couldn't decide if he shaved his moustache for a more evenly unshaven look or not. Either was it corresponds to his slovenly and barefooted look when overworked (or so it seems). All his remote tech looked visually impressive. His attitude with Wanda was familiar and patronizing. It seemed inappropriate given their reuninon only recently - whether intentionally written as such or not. His intelligence level is impressive and he totally upstages T'Challa and Beast and Pym here as the sole person involved with telemetry diagnosis. His impatience with his peers is somewhat understandable. It sould have been nicer to get a better reaction to Cap's admonishment and Wanda's "GO TO HELL". Huh, http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=if%20a%20frog%20had%20wings So, he wants to change the Phoenix-Killer into a Suicide-Suit with only a 13% chance of success. It does not come across as heroic but as it does cowardly given the current circumstances. Maybe he wasn't delivering a lame joke saying "KILL ME NOW" afterall. [BTW, anyone recogize that real life photo of 2 kids in that panel?] His success with analyzing the data is again impressive but almost uncredible given the galaxy has been trying to defend against the PF with eons of gathered data. Another joke about escaping to K'un Lunn that came across as cowardly and lame just to deny any other of the multitude of characters an entertaining line. Surely, Tony is just as brave as everyone there. Surely?! More here: ![]() EDIT: This issue also got me wondering how many times they have shown Tony slapped in a comic... http://www.comicboards.com/php/show.php?msg=mub-2012070516520470
