Well, well, well...

451 has made his first glaring mistake.

Actually he made it several issues before, but it only paid off now.

But let's start with the story. 451 takes Tony to a Dyson sphere where the 'Aspirants' (the name he uses to describe the ancient race of beings who challenged the Celestials, eons ago) hid what remained of the Godkiller.
In spite of the superweapon, the Aspirants lost to the Celestials, and cannibalized the Godkiller to construct escape ships; they promptly sank into civil war, and were finally mopped up by the Celestials after they had regrouped.
Tony calls the power of the weapon into doubt - horrified by the carnage he sees before him on the ancient battlefield, and the concept that beings that smart and powerful would still go to war - but 451 claims that, before the war, the Celestials numbered as many as the stars themselves.
Yikes.
451 prepares to install Tony into the superweapon, and reveals that he, after he is included in the now-activated system, will think differently. Apparently, the genetic changes he subjected Tony to also acted to make him a fit pilot for the Godkiller, since the Aspirants also genetically created their pilots. And once he is its pilot, he will compliantly control it any way 451 wants... and, should he somehow disable 451, act solely to protect Earth's interests.
451 claims he wants to unite the universe under the authority of the Avengers... and then, just as he is about to plug Tony in, the mistake I mentioned earlier comes into play.
Turns out that when Death's Head - remember him? - went to bank his check, he inquired on a whim whether there were any bounties out on Recorders.
Turns out 451 has a hefty, a very hefty price on his head. And, well, business is business, yes?
Death's Head is soon disabled by 451's invasive software, but by then, Tony has escaped into the superstructure of the Godkiller.
He now has a handful of seconds to decide his next, and decisive step, before the Recorder catches up to him and takes control of P.E.P.P.E.R. again... and this time, nobody is going to fly in to pull his fat out of the fire.

How's this going to end? Are the Celestials going to show up? Just how much was true of 451's story? Is 451 going to succeed in installing Tony... and will he then discover that that was a critical error?

(I think we can safely assume the latter).
