I've given up on the line but they are making some cool looking figures. Plus now that Mattel has the master toy license from DC they can make any DC character in the animated style including characters that never appeared on Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.

So, are these figures yet-to-be-released? Because I've seen some of the packages they're showing, like the 10" Superman / Batman (for instance). The 10" Hourman would be really cool.

Most of them have been released. The ones like Hawkman are showing up in stores now. I believe Gorilla Grodd and Red Hood will be available in August or sometime in the fall.
