Okay, gang! Time to flex your imaginative muscles! \:\)

I'd like to put up at least

1 Halloween banner
1 Thanksgiving banner
3 Christmas banners
1 New Year's banner

I'm planning on putting 1 banner per week in December, and would like the whole month to be Christmas-oriented. \:\) I'll be making ONE up on my own, but I'll leave the other 3 to youse guys, and the other holidays, as well, unless I don't get responses by Saturday, October 6, 2007. That's the deadline for the Halloween banner.

All you have to do is reply to this post with the name of a holiday you want to created a banner for. Then you can either post it here, unless you want it to be a surprise, and then you can simply e-mail it to me. \:\)

Oh, I'm also making the same request on the Cartoon Board, but fewer banners are needed there. If you'd like to try there, you're more than welcome! Let's have fun with this, gang! \:\)

Cool, how big should we make the banners?

600 x 200 (width x height) is ideal, Cire. Thanks! \:\)

The banners have to be jpegs, measure 600x200, and HAVE to have anything between "Justice League of America Message Board" and "JLA MB". You don't have to type out the whole thing, but at LEAST have JLA MB on it. \:\)

Also, I'd like at LEAST three JLAers on the banner. If, say, you just wanted Superman and Batman, you should add one more hero, otherwise it's just a World's Finest banner.

Which would be NICE, but it wouldn't be JLA. \:\)

Now, get crackin'! I haven't gotten ANY responses here beyond Cire's, and I don't even have THAT much on the Cartoon Board! If you're creative, you can even create a cartoon JLA banner, one for each board (one hero should be different for each board, though. Just to keep you from bein' TOO lazy!). \:D

Thanks!

Banners can be in the gif and png formats as well. Although pngs do sometimes cause me problems.

"The art in comics is generally better than ever, the writing is often clever and glib, but in spite of that, far too many comics are utterly unreadable. Even hardcore fans find many comics daunting to follow! The craft of comics storytelling is all but lost. A who's who of industry big shots have privately agreed with me when we've discussed exactly this subject, but it's a tough problem to fix, given the often huge egos of the creators, general creative anarchy and lack of trained editorial people."
