Liked the issue. Seems like things were moving along. Worth the cover price. TRINITY 10 http://www.dccomics.com/dcu/comics/?cm=9896 http://www.newsarama.com/php/multimedia/album.php?aid=20353 ![]() Hope y'like this PBP by means of lots of JLA questions... s p o i l e r s http://i.newsarama.com/images/TRI-10-1-cv.jpg Lois Lane is used well. As is the Planet's globe cameo. What is the status of new Infinity Inc. comic? Theyre 2nd generation Everyman Program or something, right? http://i.newsarama.com/images/TRI-10-2-cv.jpg This is an intro, right? Like a wimpy Xorn. ![]() http://i.newsarama.com/images/TRI-10-3-cv.jpg Good segue from issue 9 with the villains. No need for a Marvel Prev Page with good type title page. Metal Marauders hopefully have no lame escape loophole. http://i.newsarama.com/images/TRI-10-4-cv.jpg And the JLA make a showing. Good art/colors all thru. Mari is on the team here before or after Canary fired her? Is CSA from Earth-3 still and what # Earth is AntiMatter Universe in the DCU? Is there an updated jpeg of THE LIST OF WORLDS? Ha! Looks good on Flash to be snuck up on for once. Thought universe jumping was supposed to be harder than that - after Countdown? Looks like the JLA should soon have a revolving door here. Red eyes! Supes is P.O.-ed all issue! Did the CSA kill those hundreds in their last JLA arc? Someone just picked Lois' pocket. Maybe for a Superman touchstone item? Is that Swashbuckler's arm? What JLA issue does casebook 36662 entry refer to? Qwaard looks appropriately nasty place. Still not entirely clear why the whole team goes but they look cool against the red sky and it makes for a banner submission: Heh. The Authority gets a plug. Well, CSA ending isnt a surprise but their captive is. It will be interesting to see what the take on Jimmy Olsen is. BTW, hopefully he at least SAYS where Forager is. Firestorm probably wont know; he doesnt even know where Martin Stein is now that Apokalips got blown up, right? http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc245/tigraorigin/ape1.jpg Okay, it cant be chaunistic not to want females of Gorilla City to be warriors, IS IT? Anything to ever see an ape in a Wonder Woman bustier knock off. ![]() http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc245/tigraorigin/ape2.jpg Where's Detective Chimp and Shadowpact? Theyre in GC during Reign #1. ![]() http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc245/tigraorigin/ape3.jpg Nightwing is getting more face time than any non-Trinity hero it seems. 'Course he ends up pawned again. http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc245/tigraorigin/ape4.jpg Funny line and funny title. What was meant by the Harrlequin Romance Apes comment by Robin? Good ole Alfred. At least he's not being pawned and thinks to ask one of the umpteen DC heroes for help. Again with the Trinity. By the 52nd issue there'll be more sets than you can shake a stick at. And the 'elements set' seemed forced - isnt it fire, air, water AND EARTH?? The only trio 'element combo' should be: ![]() http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2118/2387471130_2dc76a6766.jpg http://i38.tinypic.com/c2m8p.jpg WOOHOO, Outsiders! A bone for the OMB! Thunder. Metamorpho. And Huntress. And some woman working for Oracle? http://www.comicboards.com/app/image.php?msg=jla-2008080718022240&att=trinity10dreambound.JPG&width=301&height=242 Dreambound. Freaky team. Do we know who Kinkneck is? ![]() ![]()

You summed it up nicely for me, too. You're right, there were four "elements" in medieval philosophy, not three, so this was a bit forced. In fact (going off on a geek tangent here), there was also a fifth "element" believed to be the ultimate stuff of reality and of which heavenly bodies were made. And. . .it's where we get the word, "quintessence". Neat, hunh? ![]() Yeah, I know, a geek tangent. Anyway, good review--I agree. And the Earth, Wind and Fire pic was a nice touch. ![]() > Liked the issue. Seems like things were moving along. Worth the cover price.

> What is the status of new Infinity Inc. comic? Theyre 2nd generation Everyman Program or something, right? It's been cancelled. But yes, they were Everyman members who retained or regained their powers IIRC. > Mari is on the team here before or after Canary fired her? I'm guessing after, with the caveat that she will probably get back on the roster soon enough. Given that all of Trinity seems to be happening in like a week or two, means that putting it in continuity will have to wait.
The Anti-Matter universe isn't part of the 52. It's its own seperate locale. And this is the Crime Syndicate from the Anti-Matter Universe as opposed to the similar and sinister Crime Society of Earth-3.
Well, it's always been relatively easy to get to the Anti-Matter Universe. Heck, there used to be a portal right outside of Coast City. The 52 are supposed to be harder to access, but yeah, everytime they say that it ends up becoming like taking a trip to New York.
Yep. Syndicate Rules, written by Kurt Busiek. Ultraman, disguised as Superman killed a ton of folks.
I think that's the TVM Man. And given that it appears at the end of the issue, yeah. It's a Superman touchstone item.
JLA 107-114. And that's not Qward. That's EARTH, after having been ravaged by a Qwardian super weapon.
The Crime Syndicate are a big threat. Better bring the whole team.
Harlequin is a publisher of Romance Novels. He's asking if Nightwing fought Apes who acted like the heroines of said novels often.
The Trans-Volitional Man. He was the one who stole the Joker's Laugh. He's apparently an ex-heroin junkie, and has weird powers.
