Looks like it had the wrong cover on it.
Fight with Amazo was awesome. Let's hope that we don't see another one soon, as we've just had two arcs with him in it.
I'm getting tired of the Red Tornado bailing them out.
If Amazo has Zatanna's magical powers, and he has an analytical, computer-like mind, I'm surprised he's not resorting to spells as opposed to physical brute strength to dispatch the Justice League. Seems as if the physical response, in which he can get injured, is less desirable than, say, moving them light years away into space where most of them wouldn't be able to breathe.

It wasn’t a bad issue, it just felt rushed and the artwork sucked.
I thought the parts with Wonder Woman fighting Amazo was cool but I dislike how Superman keep getting his ass hand to him.
All in all, I thought Black Canary and Zatanna had the best parts in the story.
I hope the next issues, which deal with Vixen and Animal Man’s powers has a more interesting story behind it.

The art was a big change from Benes, and I was not ready for it.
1 left over plot element down, on to another( Vixens powers)
Dwayne is under editorial mandate to finish up Meltzers dangling plot threads

Agreed. The comments by Justice Joe and Cire, also, seem fair and succinctly put too!
JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #24
http://www.dccomics.com/dcu/comics/?cm=9957

Good title page layout. Got satisfaction from being able to predict the solution from last issue too. Some good lines:
I'm going to suffocate. {Clever twist}
Want to hear a secret. {Gives readers satisfaction of predicting what comes next}
Up there we're just in the way. {Batman done right}
Three feet may as well be 22,000 miles. {Admirable showing for WW}
I'd done the same thing before I even came in the room. {Seems odd/omnipotent that writing in blood earlier substituted for focus thru verbalization.}
I'm delegating the job. To you. {Bwah hahahaha}
You're eating chicken.
Going to stick with the title.
Interesting backlash from WW bragging about her speed:

I love the new Amazo costume which has a sort of Composite Superman homage to it. I think it would make for some great Amazo variant action figures. I enjoy the cocky telegraphing of the powers he's using by partly adopting the symbol or costume or mixing components of costumes of the justice leaguers' powers he is duplicating while attacking.

I liked it....didn't blow me away, but I liked it.
Zatanna, Black Canary and Wonder Woman all had a really good showing, in particular I think Zee using her blood to write spells was inspired...and on another note, I like Firestorm's snarky character as well as the fact that everyone else finds him kind of annoying.
I only really have two niggles with JLA at the moment...first up is that I think the cast is just too big; it's okay when Dwayne does stories that only focus on a few team members at a time (like Hawkgirl and Roy's fight with the Human Flame a few issues back), but when the whole team is present, there's just too many of them there for me to believe that they wouldn't be more efficient. For example, I can understand why Flash didn't do anything at all in this issue because Amazo did a number on him already, but Firestorm was never actually injured, just separated into Jason and Gehenna...there was no reason he couldn't have rejoined the fight. Hal didn't really do much either. I think Dwayne should pair down the cast a bit, or else steer away from doing stories where everybody is present all at once.
My other issue is that I really think Dwayne McDuffie underestimates the heavy hitters he has on the JLA. Superman hasn't had one decent showing yet, he exists solely to be powered down and taken out as soon as battle is joined. Hal Jordan has the most powerful weapon in the world on his finger, but doesn't really ever do much except shoot energy beams and put up force-fields. And Amazo with the strength of Superman AND Wonder Woman as well as Superman's invulnerability just doesn't seem as physically overwhelming as he should be. Zatanna throwing herself into him I would imagine would be like a feather landing on my arm; completely inconsequential. Similarly, I love Black Canary, but I have trouble believing her canary cry is powerful enough even at no range to explode something as invulnerable as Superman.
I am enjoying the book, these are just a couple of minor things that get in the way of that I guess.
I hope Zatanna's around for a while because I love her, and I'm glad Reddy has his body back. I know I said they should trim the cast down a bit, but to be honest there is nobody on the team at the moment that I would want to lose. It was even nice seeing Animal Man pop up in the JLA again.

How does a robot get magical ability? Why didn't Zantanna make his mouth disappear?
How does a robot get to create his own Green Lantern energy? And why are the guardians not worried about it?
What is he made of that he's stronger than Superman & WW?
