Subj: Since JLA: Mortal is cancelled, here's my casting call for the Movie

I saw a JLA casting call on another website and since the JLA: Mortal movie has been cancelled, here are my picks if the JLA movie is ever made by a director who can actually make good casting choices.

Bear in mind, these choices are simply "my opinions". Feel free to disagree with them, but please don't flame me or fling insults at me for stating my opinions please. Thank you. \:\)

Superman: Brandon Youth. Yes, he wasn't perfect in Superman Returns but I just can't imagine anyone else in the role in todays generation. Except for Tom Welling, but he has repeatidly said he has no desire to play Superman in a movie, so he's out.

Batman: Christian Bale. I can't see him being willing to do a JLA movie, but I really can't think of anyone who would pull off a good Batman better than Bale.

Wonder Woman: Megan Fox. I know, I know. "She can't act! NO!"

I hear that alot. But, IMO, give Megan a few more movies to improve her skills, branch out more, then give her this role. She would have to buff up for it, but I really do believe she can play Diana.

Not every new actor has to put forth an oscar winning performance in their first few movies you know.

My second choices would be Odette Yustman (Unborn) and Cobie Smulders.

Green Lantern/Hal Jordan: Chris Pine is perfect for the role! My second choice would be James Marsden from X-Men \:\) (Sorry, I just don't agree with Ryan Reynolds)

Martian Manhunter: Christopher Judge. The guy is tall and can do a deep voice, plus, the guy is pretty well built.

The Flash: Justin Hartley. He may be a bit young, but I still think he'd be great as the Flash.

Aquaman: Ryan Reynolds. He would have to die his hair blonde, but I see him as Aquaman.

Agree, Disagree?

It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?
