I saw a picture or two that seemed to show other kids being transformed into, uh, Marvels.

Is this legit? Mary is back in costume along with some newbies?

I also noticed one guy in GREEN.

Can someone tell me who these people are, why they transformed, what spoken word transforms them, what they're being called, why the color differences in the costumes, if Billy's power level lessened when they transformed, etc.?
