Seeing JLI #19 on the spinner rack when it came out was a riot! A credit to the humor-theme of the Justice League title of that day! (So was Guy back then!) Kudos to whomever thought it up as reverse play on the impressive #18 which was impressive in it's own debut giving Lobo's street cred - back then.

My question is: Does anyone have any idea why #19 is valued as twice as much as #18 in the price guide? Heck, #18 even had a bonus book inside. Very curious. Is there some other obvious difference being overlooked?
