Subj: Justice Leagues After Convergence

Sadly, for us New 52 fans, Convergence will be replacing the New 52 in April and May, but we'll get the New 52 back in June. The good news is that all four Justice League titles will stay on, however, thirteen other titles (Aquaman and the Others, Swamp Thing, Green Lantern Corps, Infinity Man and the Forever People, Klarion, World's Finest, Batwoman, Green Lantern: New Gurdians, Trinity of Sin, Arkham Manor, Red Lanterns, Secret Origins, and Star-Spangled War Stories) will all hit the bucket in March. I can see some new changes in the four JL teams after Convergence. Some teams will have members leave, while others add more members. If I wrote the four JL titles in June, here's what my roster would be:

First week, we'll be getting Justice League 3000. While I keep future versions of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Firestorm, I would also add Captain Atom (as leader), Blue Beetle (Kord), Guy Gardner, Booster Gold, Flash (Wally West), Fire, Ice, Godiva, Olympian, and the introduction of Rising Sun. The reason why I'm adding them is because we saw Blue Beetle and Booster Gold in recent issues and what better way to revive the Justice League International than in JL3000. As time goes by, I'd be putting more international superheroes (ie. Crimson Fox, Wild Huntsman, Jack O' Lantern, Owlwoman, Tasmanian Devil, Seraph, etc.) as Easter Eggs, leading up to the New 52 debut of the Global Guardians.

Second week will be the Justice League United (a.k.a. Justice League Canada). This is my favorite of the four Justice Leagues since it contains a bunch of B and C-list heroes working together in Canada and in outer space. The team would be basically the same, but would add two more members. Hence, the team would be Martian Manhunter (as leader), Green Arrow, Starfire, Adam Strange, Animal Man, Hawkman, Equinox, Supergirl, Stargirl, and the Atom. I put Starfire on the team since Red Hood and the Outlaws is on the brink of cancellation and we could see Starfire on the team since she's an alien and would fit in with the intergalactic vibe. Since Hawkman would fit in with the outer space stories and since he was originally on the team (and the JLA), he would come to his senses and return to the team. Lastly, I would add the Atom because Jeff Lemire did a good job of introducing Ray as Atom. He would be close friends with Hawkman and Green Arrow, not to mention Adam Strange and Animal Man. And, of course, Alanna Lewis would back the team up at times.

The third week will give us the main Justice League title. If I wrote the title, I would have Lex Luthor, Captain Cold, and Power Ring return to their evil ways and the line-up would be Superman (as leader), Batman, Shazam, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Flash (Barry Allen), Firestorm, Aquaman, Cyborg, and Agent Grayson. Let's face it, Green Lantern's returning to the team and I would add Firestorm and Agent Grayson to the team to make it the perfect ten member team.

The fourth week will have Justice League Dark. I'd see the team being John Constantine (as leader), Zatanna, Madame Xanadu, Deadman, Black Orchid, Frankenstein, Swamp Thing, Nightmare Nurse, and newcomers Etrigan and Klarion. I would put Klarion on the team since his comic will be cancelled in March.

I wonder what the 10th Wave in the New 52 would be like when they resume publication in June. What 13 titles would you like to see? Who would you like to see added to the JL teams after Convergence? Who do you want to see go?
