Am I right that the KC/Kingdom Superman has already started working with the JSA?

Do they now remember THEIR Superman, and if so how are they handling working with him? (And WHY is he on mainstream Earth anyway?) Any comments like "He's so much like OUR Superman [Kal-L]"?

Also, I understand that LB II has gotten back her speed powers? Any explanation on how that happened? (And has she started flying again? Hey...super-strength, super-speed and flight? Wonder Woman better watch out.)

Not really. He showed up on the last two pages of this month's JSA.

Hasn't been addressed yet.

In JSA #8, it was explained that LB had a mental block on her speed powers. Damage had Zoom cornered and was ready to kill him. Liberty Belle came in and talked Damage down, allowing Zoom to get away from Damage and throw something at him at super speed. Liberty Belle overcame a mental block on her speed powers, and saved Damage.

I was also under the impression that it had to do with the speed force returning.

It does, when Wally was brought back in the "Lightning Saga" (the JLA/JSA cross-over) with Linda and the twins, the speed force also returned.

It's why jay Garrick's speed has increased again to.

Cheers.

James.

But also with overcoming her mental block, which she had prior to IC. Having a superpower is kinda useless, when you cannot activate it.

They remembered something. Kinda like Batman remembering multiversal stuff in one of the Kingdom issues, where he is in Cafe Krypton and confronted with multiversal phantoms some of them belonging also to the pre-crisis past like Batwoman. He recognises her, knowing full well, that he cannot remember her, because she never existed in his past.

Maybe Johns will deal with it and with the Kingdom stuff. Afterall, this isn't the first time KC-Superman has visited DC-Earth. Then again, maybe not.

That's certainly true, but you have to take into consideration that, even if Jesse had overcome her mental block, it would have meant NOTHING if Wally hadn't returned (bringing the Speed Force with him).

The mental block played a part, to be sure, but we have to be careful not to overplay it's significance.

Cheers.

James.

True, but Jesse's problems were never speed force related in the first place. The Speed Force went and came back during her crisis of confidence and the subsequent powerloss she experienced. And she had to overcome her problem in order to regain her power.

Otherwise, the loss of the Speed Force merely meant that she like the other speeders would have lost her speed and regained it automatically the moment it returned, which did not happen, nor was the point of that issue.

The JSA old-timers seemed to remember Earth-2 Batman well enough.

It might be the first time he's visited Earth. It seems the events of "The Kingdom" have, at least partially, been forgotten. That version of Gog apparently never existed since Superman later met Gog for the first time.
