D'you mean Kal-L, the fella who died during Infinite Crisis?

Not so far as I know. BUT, there was this one-page "preview" at the end of Justice Society of America #1:

The first two panels have happened, but the last two haven't yet in my opinion. The Kingdom Come superman has shown up and is flying around, but he hasn't said those words to anyone yet. Although I recall Kara having a dream about Kal-L, I don't recall his hand bursting out of his grave, either.

So, he might still show up.

The original Superman? Yeah. Although, I must point out, Kal-L had powers on the Krypton he was born on, as did all Earth-2 Kryptonians. Superboy couldn't have killed him (and WOULDN'T have even if he could, but we all know that).

Wow... you don't think that the heroes of E2 are back?
That could mean Batman of E2 is in that Graveyard... and if so... how far behind is Fury's Mom the original Wonder Woman... she appeared as well... and fading out isn't necessarily death in comics...

Yeah, I have to admit, although his 'death' lent some impact to Infinite Crisis, it sort of felt less-than-permanent. I'm hoping that Kal-L comes back. The current storyarc with the Kingdom Come Superman seems to be hinting at that, because at first Power Girl thought that KC Supes WAS Kal-L.

Actually, it is sort of neat. That scene with Sandman about Batman was repeated verbatim. Kind of cool to have had a one-panel preview.

Kal-L's hand reaching from the grave came up in JSA 9, and was revealed to be a nightmare of Powergirl. At the end of that issue KC-Superman turns up.
So it doesn't look good for Kal-L's return at the moment.
