One pretty major mistake - it says the SuperSkrull got caught in the Van Allen belt, and upon escaping, killed all of Alpha Flight except Sasquatch. They're confusing two stories:
1) Upon escaping the Van Allen belt, the SuperSkrull slaughtered a group of Canadian scientists, with the exception of Walter Langkowski, aka Sasquatch. They fought; SS lost via trickery.
2) The combined powers of the M-day de-powered mutants fell to earth and were absorded by Michael Pointer, who subsequently slaughtered all of Alpha Flight (sans Sasquatch) - off panel. Here's hoping that was skrull-related too, i.e. Alpha Flight was a bunch of dirty skrulls. Otherwise, the death of AF wasn't skrull-related at all.

The final sentence of the article reads:

"What is known is that Siri replaced Elektra before the events of Wolverine: Enemy of the State and Wolverine: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., making her the first and longest runner infiltrator."

Given the fact that the SuperSkrull didn't actually kill off Alpha Flight (as stated in the article), we can't take this article at face value.

So is it true that she is "the first and longest runner infiltrator", or have there already been other Skrullifications that have been revealed to have taken place prior?

I think New Avengers #40 established Elektra is the first in the current invasion. They can always establish someone else but it's Elektra until it's someone else.

Personally I don't believe Spider-Woman really is a Skrull.
