I am just loving the new incarnation of the Guardians of the Galaxy. There is a nod and acknowledgement to the past and at the same time looking forward to new and exciting adventures.

Now that one of their mandate is to guard the galaxy from weird fissure happenings do you guys think they need additional new members for that:

I vote for Dark Angel aka Hell's Angel possessor of the fabric of reality.

also for all Marvel Zombies out there...

Ulysses Solomon Archer!

WHOA! if Rocket can get it why not our galactic trucker?

LOL

cheers!

I for one would love to see Lila Cheney come back. We haven't seen anything of her since it was confirmed she kept her powers on M-day.
Besides, they brought Warlock (the new mutant) back, so why not her?

> The actual 616 version of KILLRAVEN: Yeah, maybe it's a different timeline, but switch Martian invasion for the Skrulls invasion and you'd have a formidable warrior-with-a-cause on the team.

You know, if someone had suggested this to Bendis a year ago, I bet he would have included this in the story somehow. Killraven is Bronze Age and Bendis is all about the Bronze Age (I'm still waiting for Howard the Duck to join the Avengers) so I truly believe this idea would have had a real chance at seeing the light of day.

In any case, your central notion of bringing 616 Jon Raven into the "Annihilation" story lines is excellent and I eagerly endorse it!

I concur!

or DnA can use the concept of the young Killraven from the Wisdom limited series who was being trained by Shang-Chi for MI13 \:\-D

hehehe fanboy! ;\-\)

First off, I haven't read any of the Annihilation stuff due to being poor, but I want to - especially the Guardian stuff. The Killraven angle in the Wisdom series was brilliant and I hope it gets followed up in CB and MI:13 - although from what I've heard about DnA's writing, I think they'd handle it well too - as long as they didn't age him up a ton.

-Pav, who liked the "alternate" version of the Wisdom series where a pissed off little Killraven telepathically brings the Martians to Earth...
