For those of you who remember the awesome Hangman characters, the original from WEREWOLF BY NIGHT and the new one Roy Thomas created in AVENGERS WEST COAST (using an obscure character he created himself in TOWER OF SHADOWS #5), which one do you like better? I'm not sure myself. The original one was pretty cool, appearing in WEREWOLF and SPIDER-WOMAN before being killed off in an oddball story in BIZARRE ADVENTURES, but the second one was just as enjoyable, especially since he was a pawn of Satannish. The second Hangman had the best visual, I think, and his allies, the fourth Lethal Legion, were ingenious. Maybe the second Hangman should make a comeback. After all, we don't really know his fate, other than being a prisoner in Satannish's realm. He could very easily come back, even spookier than ever.

On an odd note, although the Hangman’s demise was depicted in BIZARRE ADVENTURES #31, his last published appearance took place in a flashback story in SPIDER-WOMAN I#50, published over a year after his death. Weird.

I always liked the character for just that reason ... his appearences were so diverse. He's like one of those DC characters that get transferred over to Vertigo, or something.

There's another Hangman who appeared on an issue of WHAT IF as a member of a dystopic super team.

I liked both Hangmen. I would like to see the second Hangman make a return appearence(keep the original dead).

That reminds me,we haven't really seen Night Shift members Tick-Tock and Misfit since that WCA storyline. I would love to see them show up again. (if Marvel doesn't make my Untold Secret Invasion story I posted
here a few months back canon that is!)

I would love to see Skein again for sure. Love her. The Brothers Grimm show up from time to time, though, which is nice.
