Yep. Things have definitely been picking up in DD's book for a few issues now - following a looooong drought.

Further evidence:

DD is one of the very few Marvel books to even make the 2020 Eisner Award list. Winning is better but being nominated sure ain't bad...

This week:

Daredevil 021 (2020) (Digital) (Zone-Empire)

BACK IN RED! ”TRUTH/DARE” STARTS HERE! THE BATTLE MAY BE OVER, but the WAR is far from finished! After the shocking events of DAREDEVIL #20, CHIP ZDARSKY reunites with MARCO CHECCHETTO to begin the next chapter of their definitive DAREDEVIL saga: HELL AND BACK. For weeks, Hell’s Kitchen has been a lawless neighborhood thanks to the Stromwyn siblings, but as the police are finally able to resume their patrols, they’re quick to find that they aren’t the only ones interested in keeping the Kitchen safe. Meanwhile, as Matt Murdock continues to struggle with how best to appease his sense of justice after the events of the past several weeks, a familiar enemy takes root in Hell’s Kitchen...

·· Mayor Fisk getting cops' backtalk was fun.
·· Owl getting his punked was good.
·· A few supervillains DO NOT get away and get comeuppance was satisfying.
·· Stromwyn Sibs are two great newer villains in NYC and the MU (that no other book sees yet).
·· Foggy/Cole team up works.
·· DD (and NOT Matt) getting arrested is an interesting direction.
·· The YouTube reviewer calling Spidey as Moral Arbitrator for the MU is spot on here - and Matt argues his case with him perfectly.
·· Dramatic 4pg scene with Hochberg discovering the truth was a "OH SNAP!" ending.

Are you hopping back to the bandwagon or have you remained committed to DD?
