Most of the 1990s and 2000s Godzilla flicks are being released on Blu-Ray for the first time in America. Although it's been more than twenty years since some of these came out, I still find people who were unaware that the series had been going in Japan for decades.

SciFi Japan is hosting a contest, where someone can win all four double-film releases that are coming to home video next month. Four of the six movies are from the 2000s, but the releases do include most of the films released in the 1990s:

Godzilla vs King Ghidorah (1991)
Godzilla vs Mothra (1992)
Godzilla vs Space Godzilla (1994)
Godzilla vs Destroyah (1995)

Here's the link to the contest: http://www.scifijapan.com/articles/2014/04/18/win-new-toho-godzilla-collection-blu-ray-sets-from-sony/

For those who want to see the entire 80s/90s series, there are three other titles in the series:

Godzilla 1985 (1985)
Godzilla vs Biollante (1989)
Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla (1993)

Biollante already came out on Blu-ray a few years ago. MechaGodzilla was released on DVD about ten years ago, but has not been announced on Blu-ray yet. And Godzilla 1985, has not been released on home video after coming out on VHS and laserdisc!

I was one of those people for a long time. I knew of Godzilla 1985, and I had seen Godzilla Vs King Ghidorah on cable, but I never knew that there were so many movies until about 10 years ago, when the Millenium series was just ending.
