On FREE comicbook day I raided the 25 cent bin at my local comic shop and among some other goodies I got several issues of the Blue Devil (3-11). Now I can see why AC enjoys the character so much \:\)

I read part of issue 3 and the humor is evident from the start. The Blue Devil is visiting the JLA satellite for the first time and he challenges Superman to an arm wrestling contest and you can imagine the results \:\)

Anyone who got a kick out of the humorous JLA era (Booster Gold and the Blue Beetle front and center) will instantly be enamored with the Blue Devil!

Blue Devil was a good comic and a great concept. Has he appeared at all in the Nu52, I can't recall.
