It was one of those video-shows (like America's Funniest Home Videos, but somewhat different) that I think the host compiled and showed. At the start of every ep, some guy would open one of those cushion-y lines connected to metal polls things, used to create lines (like for banks or amusement parks), and the host would walk through to facing the screen, and narrate a bit, with (I think) rows of TVs behind him, and then we'd see the videos. At the end, he's walk back through that area and off-screen, and the first guy would close the line back behind him.

Sorry, but that's all I can remember, aside from misremembering it called "Rogan's Heroes," which I searched for and came up with nada. It can't be "Hogan's Heroes," as it was a totally different show.
