Subj: IDW ROM #13 and Classic ROM 13

IDW ROM #13: we see some more capabilities of the spaceknight armor including how the metal can be retracted from their face to reveal the person in the suit. Also though their neutralizers are their main weapon, when their power is too low they have other energy powers/weapons they can wield, including pulling a "gambit" and charging up an object to make it explode.
The backup story again has the superior artwork thanks to buscema's inks, and it is nice to see IDW ROM in an 80's style appearance. Also it shows in this installment that a spaceknight can bleed.
Classic Marvel ROM 13:
ROM awakens on a light house island after crashing back to Earth from his fight with Jack of Hearts. His memory is clouded but he aids the one that found him when the pirate known as the Plunderer is using the island as a base of operations. ROM instinctively goes into battle against him despite Plunderer's weapons being powered with vibranium and can destroy metal.....except for ROM's armor.
ROM's memory of course returns and he stops the villain.
Then comes the first part of the SAGA of the SPACEKNIGHTS backup story.
Galador has repelled the Wraiths and pauses to honor the fallen Knights and celebrate the survivors.
The Prime Director then asks the spaceknights to continue the fight as the Wraiths have gone into hiding on worlds that cannot defend like Galador could. ROM is loathe to continue being a cyborg warrior until his girlfriend tells him it is okay and she will await him. ROM pauses for a moment then rallies the other Knights to the cause.
