... Amazing Spider-Man 546, in my humble opinion.

Same old situations, same old jokes, feels like I've been reading this dozens of times before.
Peter searching for a Job ? check.
Money problems ? check.
Searching a place to live ? check.
JJJ badmouthing Spidey ? check.
Troubles with girls ? check.
A bad guy masked as Spidey ? check.
JJJ having an heart attack ? check.
A "lame" new crime lord ? check.
Searching for what "may" be the Life Tablet ? Hope not ...but reminds it.
I think I could make this list longuer.

All these points, plus the fact we're after OMD is making it even worst.
Harry is back because it's magic. (And "still" hates Spidey ... even if we're not in the movies !) He even teamed up with him prior to Spectacular SM 200 ! When Harry is "normal", he doesn't hate Spidey.
May still lives in her old house in Forest Hills because it's magic. (And just like the movies)

And none only we've seen most of these things before, but we're back to reboot time with some "back up" stories in the end of the issue.
Who is Jackpot ? Reminds me of who is this "new Spider-Man" at the beginning of the Byrne's relaunch. Then it was, who's really that new Spider-Woman ?

Jackpot could be MJ ... but they could also reveal her as an aged version of MJ's and Peter's daughter from OMD for whatever reason. At least, it would be "surprising". Or worst, MJ is indeed Jackpot and she has been doomed by Mephisto to fight her own aged daughter as Menace... just wild guesses. I doubt.

But my current guess about Menace is that it might be Mia Flores.

Worst line of the whole issue : "I'm too young to get married." ... c'mon, Byrne are you there ?

I guess every 10 years or so we're in for a relaunch.

I like McNiven's artwork, but it doesn't save this issue for me.

I won't even discuss on how the "real" Spider-Man is back or if the previous years it was a fake or he was just 67,854% real or whatever ... I prefered reading something new each month than the same old stories made for a non existing young target audience.

This issue was just plain B.O.R.I.N.G to me.
