OK---I read the first two issues of BND and then stopped--wasn't into it. Thing is Spiderman is rather popular in the MU so he's around a lot so I want to understand some things here:

So Pete and MJ are not married. Are they aware that they were ever married? Does everyone in the MU now have this same belief? Do Pete and MJ still know each other? Is it literally "Pete and MJ never happened and no one knows any different"?

Is he still in the Avengers? (he must be) Is his identity public? Is he still a fugitive from Stark etc?
