Or better: Hank's and Dawn's butts.

This episode offered no resolution to the cliffhanger from last week with Kory and Rachael, but that was okay. The full origin.. pre awesome costume aquisition of Hawk and Dove was explored, including the fate of the original Dove, Hank's brother.

To say the story is dark is to say Dick has been a little violent. But in the end we have Hank and Dawn as the most fleshed out and sympathetic characters on the show, Hank more so than Dawn. The horrible experiences that brought them together were so well told, this was a solid if not segued episode.

I hate to say this but this was the best episode because it didn't feature Dick, Kory, Gar or Raven (ok so she was barely there).

I would much rather be watching the Hawk and Dove show.
