I've been reading the New Teen Titans series from 1980 and I am impressed thus far with how Frances Kane was introduced. Having powers, but choosing not to be a superhero. I think it was a shame that some writer decided to turn her into Magenta years later. She was an interesting love interest for Wally and I wish the relationship hadn't ended in the early issues of the 1987 FLASH series.
