The pic is just Neegan surveying the group as he decides who to kill

The trailer is not supposed to tell us who dies.

But they assure us that we will know real quick once the season starts.

Now I know the comic lore states Glenn dies.

However they have deviated from the comics many times and thus could do so again.

Neegan seemed to indicate he doesn't like killing women.

We also know per Neegan's words that Carl and Rick were not chosen.

So omitting Carl and Rick and the women, that leaves:

1. Glenn
2. Daryl
3. Abraham
4. Aaron (the one that recruited Rick's crew to Alexandria)
5. Eugene

So of the five, who is perhaps the most useless character that they could live without?

Well for me that sounds like EUGENE. In recent episodes he had begun to man up and start to fight and that is great, but still he is easily captured as shown twice after he started to man up and be a fighter. He also passed the bullet making formula to Rick in case something happened to him. That to me feels like a hint that Eugene is going to die.

Daryl: he's a fan favorite and though the actor has some off show projects going he could still be around. Unless his salary is getting too high...... ;\)

Glenn: well Neegan kills him in the comics. But Glenn is still serving as the nice guy/moral compass at times. I would hate to see him go and for Maggie to be a single mom.

Abraham: okay he is a soldier and a field commander. He loves a good fight and though he may be a bit confused about who he loves, that's fine. To lose him is to lose someone with some serious military experience and tactical training. Abraham should be in charge of training them all for combat against humans and Walkers.

Aaron: well he is the gay character on the show. It seems that shows nowadays have to have such a character and that's fine I don't particularly care if the character is that way or not. But kill him and you might set off a bad reaction from the fans "they killed the gay guy! HOW DARE THEY!". So for that reason I don't believe they will kill him off.

of course, it is possible that they didn't yet decide when the show was filmed who would die. Perhaps they were waiting for contract negotiations to help them decide ;\)
