Held off to let someone else get the ball rolling but its been a week and this solid issue definitely deserves a thread...
Alkyion should consider herself lucky, her fate, given how much worse the Hollywood Press wouldve been to her for doing what she did to her husband here.
Really please and relieved with some coherent and seemingly nice chronological footnoting of Zeus!
Hyppolita did traditionalist origin fans a favor by her reply, "NEVER. NO MORE THAN THE RAIN IN THE SKY THAT NIGHT." Unless of course this was just a poetic sidestep of admitting how repulsive Father's Day will be from now on.
Whats up with Artie? Again with the mass suicide crisis tactics?! Odd girl now. Who is DCU's answer to Doc Samson?
Not that Troy made a good appearance.
The gorillas have a better ape-pearance than Troy - and that was one panel watching the paint dry (or was it a bunch of wet Amazons?).
Ares Animal Avatars. It has a alliteration ring to it but the future storyline pitches sound much better when they hit their terrible twos!
But fortunately the title is WONDER WOMAN and Diana filled that role nicely here. Good fight with a monster, good confrontation with a god, good reconcilliating with a mother.
Here is a CBR fair review and surprising renumbering news for anyone else who wants to keep the ball rolling:
