Subj: Wonder Woman #752... Or Arak... Or even Amethyst #1...

Wonder Woman 752

Would it kill DC to have a regular (even) token male member in the cast (other than Steve who doesn't even appear in this one, BTW)?? Anyways, that's the biggest complaint here - the rest is a solid adventure arc set up. Sure, Diana's pilot helmet looks silly and continuing to call her Magic Lasso the Golden Perfect is a bit unconvincing. Revisiting a character from the Arak title of all places is a notch for continuity fans. And starting a female version of the Four Horsemen with Warmaster and Devastation is a fair and layered start; especially, with the origin of Warmaster included here. She has some compoundeded backstory to process. Nunes, the female Jim Gordon, does okay starting off her alliance with Diana. And the art and cliffhanger complimented the action packed story. Even the signature WW on the sword's hilt was a nice touch.

Did you like this? Did you have any suggestions to help generate more WW posts at WWMB this year? Did you regularly read Arak: Son of Thunder to comment on since it can/will also be on topic, here, for this arc? Did you want a crossover with Amethyst, too, ASAP to help share hype from that title's relaunch? Great cover, eh?
