Subj: Storm 010...

There is a current X-book that's writing a spot-on Storm.
Ororo finally goes a whole issue (or it feels like it) without her namedropping Wolverine.
Still faaar too much Beast in this title. Rachel still useless. And when Krakoa Kid should be mentioned of course he is not.
Appreciated artist detail with the cameo/continuity placement of quite the number of students at JGS. Even the (new? unnamed?) blue angelic mutant girl (on page after this attached page) is a neat visual addition.
Intriguing apparent return of KENJI as the story's antagonist.
More arch-enemy building backstory for Davis Harmon. This guy's getting as formidable/interesting a cyborg foe as Donald Pierce. All he needs is a notable codename now.
Curious, scary, and smart way bring in earlier issue guest stars, Callisto, Forge, and Marisol that are so unconnected save for Storm crossing their paths.
Good 'looks pretty grim for the heroes' cliffhanger.
Only questions why go with that waste of a cover? Toad's the janitor again? Is that supposed to (erroneously) be Quire being subsumed on the last page too?
Just a reminder that Storm is also on topic at the traffic-challenged Black Panther Message Board too:
I miss Dad and Dan.
