Chronologically, that's her first encounter with the Hand, but we first saw her encounter them in Daredevil, in the 80s. #18...something.

Only that he's now the second Red Guardian, since some early-'90s issues showed a WWII-era Guardian to have existed.

As for the Black Widow's hair, it changed from black to red far earlier than Miller's Daredevil, back around the time she first got the costume she currently wears a variation of, making her one of two Avengers to suddenly change hair-color in the late Silver Age.

All Miller did was give her short hair. And despite widespread online belief that Drago's wife in Rocky IV was an influence on her new look, it pre-dated that movie by several years.
