> Mar-Vell, Wolverine, and Johnny Storm are also possible partners for Carol, but I don't think any on-panel evidence exists for these three. She was totally hot for Mar-Vell in his original series, though.

I think later issues have denied Carol and Mar-Vell slept together; I recall a book (I think it may have been Thunderbolts) where it was mentioned that there was a strong attraction between them but it didn't get consumated.
As for Johnny, definately no on-panel evidence--just a reference to a weekend in Vegas they spent together which Carol is embarassed about so she is avoiding the FF. Its not conclusive, but it certainly implies they *might* have had sex.
As for Wolverine...although they've been friends and partners a long time, I have yet to see anything that they were ever romantically involved. Personally, I hope it stays that way--I'd like to see their friendship remain platonic.

> She was also totally going to get into bed with William Wagner from earlier issues of her current series, but they were interrupted as they were starting to take off each other's clothes. So close, but so far.

Actually, I think Carol and William did eventually have sex. Issue #15 had them out on another date that didn't get interrupted--the date scene ends with the two of them back at his place making out in the dark, with Carol observing that there is no teenage sidekick to interrupt them this time...and then we cut to the next morning. I think that pretty strongly implies that they did sleep together.

> Also, can you please change her name back to Ms. Marvel when you repost this? She's no longer Warbird. Thanks!

Absolutely. I'll also need to change "Spider-Woman II" to "Arachne" and "Captain Britain II" to "Lionheart".
