Marrina seems to be alive with Alpha Flight. And isn´t Quasar also dead?

Marrina is very much NOT alive. Namor was forced to kill her after she was transformed into a monster form.

Quasar is "alive" and well over in Thanos Imperative. For a while there he was flying around in an energy form, now he appears to be fleshy again, I don't know the details.

Jack-of-hearts is next up to be revived.

Janet's fate was covered in Mighty Avengers. She's not classically dead.

Ant Man will most likely be revived in the Children's Crusade.

Thunderstrike, or at least his son, has a comic starting soon.

Gilgamesh and Moria should have been brought back. We'll just have to keep wishing and hoping I guess.
