In What If #116 Vol2 (ircc) we got a glimpse of Cap marring Rouge and have a kid together called Sarah. It remain one of my all time What If Favs, with Cap currently recovering from Hydra Cap, and his respect for Her, you think Cap might hook up with Rouge?

That was What If? vol. 2 #114. This was in a reality where the heroes were stuck on Battleword at the end of the first Secret War and where it is also implied that the persona Rogue had absorbed from Carol Danvers took over completely, making this more a Steve/Carol thing. (I did not dig up the actual story, but according to this summary
the Rogue who married Steve Rogers was called "Carol".

As for Captain America and Rogue hooking up in the main timeline - the two are now on friendly terms again, but let's face it, they don't really have that much of a history with each other. On Uncanny Avengers, where they were before the emergence of Hydra Cap, Rogue was emotionally involved mostly with the Human Torch (and, briefly, Deadpool, although that only happened when Hydra Cap was around). Which is not to say that Steve and Rogue could not become lovers if they spent more time with each other. The age difference should not be that big a deal for her, after all, Captain America is only a few years older than Magneto! \:\-D

Don't really see it happening, though. In Uncanny Avengers Jim Zub has let Anna Marie and Johnny Storm grow closer together comfortably, while in Rogue & Gambit Kelly Thompson apparently is hell-bent on (literally) forcing her together with Remy LeBeau...
